The consultancy service always involves a report that summarizes what the consultant has identified and recommends with some details, what the client should do. We carry out our reports in such a way that the information and analyzes are presented clearly, and the recommendations are convincingly related to the diagnosis on which they are based. The Consultancy service is terminated when we present a consistent and logical action plan of steps to improve the diagnosed problem.

The consultant recommends, and the customer decides whether and how to implement. The task’s objectives include building commitment, encouraging the entrepreneur and developing organizational effectiveness. There is little point in recommending actions that are impossible to implement.

In the consultancy processes, there is a strong involvement of the client in the whole process, with many opportunities to help clients identify their learning needs. When tasks require specializations outside our professional scope, we recommend other consultants or specialized technicians, always in a partnership perspective.
