INCOME MANAGEMENT

We promote the drafting of lease contracts, issuing electronic income receipts, collecting and updating rents, transitioning old rents under the NRAU, paying taxes, fees and other contributions, among others (Example IMI). We carry out the lease, as well as its legal registration in Finance.

WE HELP YOU SELECT THE TENANT

We advertise your property in specialized networks. We present your property, select the tenant, taking care to minimize the risk of default, as we gather and analyze the documentation as proof of income and financial capacity of both tenants and guarantors.

WE DO INCOME COLLECTION

We deposit the amount in the indicated bank account, less fixed expenses (Condominium, Management Fee, etc.) and payments that may be previously agreed and accepted by the owner (Repairs, Maintenance, etc.). Transfers will be made up to 3 business days after receipt, with the maximum limit being the 3rd business day after the legally scheduled date (8th of each month).

WE SETTLEMENT OF EXPENSES AND TAXES

In properties with active water, electricity and gas contracts in the name of the owner, we provide support and ensure their settlement. We also ensure the settlement of the respective taxes.

LEGAL AND FISCAL ADVISORY

We replace the owner in contact with the administration of the condominium, as well as in the condominium meetings whenever deemed necessary. We provide information and legal advice to our clients.
